Change password

If you forgot your password or otherwise can’t access your account, you can reset your password. To reset your password—

Look for Forgot your password? on the login page then

Click or tap my account then

Click on change password then

Enter Old, New, and Confirm Password

Click on the Orange button the change password

Check your email for the reset email confirmation and follow the steps

If you don’t see the password reset email within a few minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.

You’ll receive an email from Orderocks suggesting you reset your password if there’s login on your account from a different device or location.

Account suspended:

Sometimes Orderocks may suspend customer accounts as a security measure to prevent fraud. Our top priority is keeping your personal information secure.

If your account appears to be suspended, you won’t be able to place any orders. Please reach out to Orderocks Care, and we can assist you.
